Order Processing

All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 2–5 business days. Personalized/custom items may require the full processing time due to the handcrafting process.

Orders are fulfilled and shipped from our logistics center in Cary, North Carolina (USA).

Domestic Shipping (United States)

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days (USPS, UPS, or FedEx).
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (when available at checkout).
  • Free Shipping: All U.S. orders qualify for free standard shipping.

Tracking information will be emailed once your order has shipped.

International Shipping

We currently ship worldwide. Delivery times vary by destination:

  • Canada & Europe: 7–14 business days.
  • Australia & New Zealand: 10–20 business days.
  • Other Regions: 10–25 business days.

Please note that customs clearance may cause additional delays outside of our control.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.

Delivery Issues

If a package is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@daintypersonalized.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
